a huge thankyou to all who have sent me mail. it was a shock to the system being woken up a phone call from the post office - YOU HAVE MAIL! but i heaved myself out of slumber and staggered up to deck 5 - my cabin is deck 3. 2 letters, 1 postcard, and 2 parcels. what a treat - it felt like my birthday and was such a surprise as i was told i'd have to wait at least another 2/3 weeks for more post from holland.
so thank you thank you thank you - it brought tears to my eyes and a lump in my throat slowly opening and reading it all. tasty tangfastic haribo - yum! my fav crop trousers that i forgot to pack and lovely words from loved ones. what a blessing it all was.
night shift tonight and for 2 more after that - so will surface again to real life on friday.
