anicette

i felt four nights in a row was kinda do-able, but thankfully i didnt have to even try it! last night i was allowed to be 'oncall' instead of working on the wards. (being the only ICU nurse on duty, i could have been called in if someone was admitted into the ICU) so yesterday was a lovely day reading and relaxing and trying to stay in 'night' mode. In the evening myself and a few girls got creative and made a picture book for one of the little patients. She was on the baby feeding programme fattening her up before her surgery. after 7 months she is now both fat and has had her cleft lip repaired so it ready to go home, but has become quite a favourite with us nurses...so a book of memories and love we created for her! theres also some pictures of Belvida :)
